We all went tubing a few weeks ago and had a blast! I was so proud of Connor and Rocky. Connor couldn’t wait to get on the hill, and if I remember right, he was already headed down by himself before I even got to the top. Rocky was a little more nervous, so I hooked up with him and made sure we slowed things down so that he felt comfortable… But by the end of the day, he was cruising down the hill all by himself! I couldn’t be prouder. It’s challenging to get everything put together to head out and play in the snow. All the snow pants, coats, boots, gloves, etc, and it’s certainly not cheap (I know, I know, there are free places… but sometimes you just want to have some fun sliding down without the exhaustion of dragging the tubes back up the hill time after time. J )but it’s well worth it! And I’m so glad for today’s technology where we can capture these moments with a simple click on the phone, and save them forever.
