Me 'n my boys!

Ok, I would never consider myself artistic. In fact, I’m not sure I have an ounce of artist matter in my body. I was given lots of great things on this awesome world we live on, but being artistic just wasn’t in the mix. So it was a real struggle a week ago when I got a note from Rocky’s teacher saying he was to be the “child of the week” in class, and that I needed to put together a poster within just a couple of days. I don’t think I’ve ever put together a poster in my LIFE! But being student of the week is a pretty special thing for a kid. There’s something about being highlighted, put on a pedestal, and having people know you just a little better that can really make a kid feel special, so I had to figure out something. So I put together in a few hours, what someone else in 30 minutes could likely have done 1000 times better. But I got it done none the less! And because I’m going to avoid making another post if at all possible from here till my 90^th birthday – here it is for posterity’s sake. Sorry, kido’s This is as good as it’s ever gonna get. J (but of course I’d do anything for my kids.)
