Me 'n my boys!

So, you all know that we don’t drink soda-pop in our house, or allow sugar cereal except on special occasions. Well, yesterday while we were grocery shopping, Connor asked me “Dad, how do they make pop”. And I thought this might be a good teaching opportunity… “Would you like to lean how?” “Yeah, can we dad?” So I picked up some root-beer extract and carbonated water and we made home made root beer at home. It had been years since I’d made homemade root beer, but it turned out quite good! And Connor was excited for the opportunity to learn how to make his own soda-pop! Being a Dad is so fun!
