Rocky Loves These Puppies!
Ok, the night I got home from our trip to the cave, Rocky disappeared for about 30 minutes, and we heard nothing but silence. I knew he was somewhere. And I also knew that when it comes to Rocky, if it’s silent for too long, you’d better check on him. :)
So I went to look for him. When I found him downstairs, he was standing there with the most innocent look on his face looking up at me. Next to him was this little woven basket. I asked him “What are you doing, Rocky?” He said “nothing.” A sure sign he was doing SOMETHING!
The puppies were downstairs so I went to check on them… and they were gone. Every one of them… “Rocky, where are the puppies?” He looked up sheepishly… then looked down at the basket. When I opened the basket this is what I found. He had taken every last puppy one by one and carefully put them in there so he could play with them. So adorable! I gently explained that the puppies need their mom so they can eat and grow. And he agreed we should take them back, so we took them back one by one… but not before I snapped a picture or two…
Oh how sweet! Reminds me a little of an experience I had as a kid. Some baby birds kinda disappeared from my aunts and some how found there way to my bed with me! ;o) Sign of a good nurturing personality with a little mischievious side!
AHHH... Look at the cute puppies!!
Not to mention the cute man with the cute kids!!!
Summer
Puppies are growing too fast... kind of like kids... science needs to figure out something to fix that. :)
