Connor brought me this picture tonight and said, “Here, Dad, I drew a picture of our family! See, there’s you, and me, and that one is Rocky.”
“And see, I drew a heart on me because I love you so much. And I drew this line from my heart to you to show that I will always love you.”
Talk about making a Dad’s heart melt. I love my little guys more than anything. Nothing’s better in this life than being a Dad. It can be hard work doing it all on your own, but the rewards are well worth it.
The last thing he said was, “See these dots on your head, I drew those because I didn’t know how to draw your bald hair….” That’s my boy! J
Oh that's enough to make MY heart melt. That kid is so sentimental and loving. I love that you posted that. Its things like that you need to save. Those boys sure are precious.
