Me 'n my boys!

Ever since I took the boys horseback riding for the first time last year, they have been begging me to take them again. Well, I finally made the call, got everything lined up, we put on our cowboy duds, and we drove up to Eagle Ridge Ranch for some horseback riding.

Connor and Rocky both went cowboy all the way this year, each riding their very own horse. And I have to say, the guides up at Eagle Ridge Ranch have got to be the BEST at what they do in all the northwest! They are amazing! Kind, fun, caring, great with the animals and with the kids. They've made what could be an intimidating event for a little guy into a delightful experience for everyone!!!

It was so great, I'm going to try to get up there one more time with the boys some weekend before they close down for the summer!!!!

When it came time to pull out the guitar and sing the boys to sleep that night, cowboy songs were repeatedly requested by Connor... He thinks he's a real cowboy now (and I tend to agree with him.) :)
