I had some extra time with the boys so we we found a new park and played for a couple of hours. And wouldn't you know it, they had teater toters!!! I don't know why, but I hadn't seen teater toters for years! I had heard some rumor somewhere that parks stopped using them because they were found to be too dangerous (i.e. kids getting clobbered by walking under them, or someone hopping off and the other kid dropping 5 feet to the ground. But there they were! The boys played on them forever, and then we played pirates all together on the jungle gym. It was a perfect afternoon.
