The Three Man Family Garden
Well, our little garden has been a great success! Every day when we'd get up and gather for breakfast, the boys would ask to see how the garden was doing, and we'd pull it down to look... They'd want to see it every single day. It's so fun to see them excited to see how things grow. And they take such a sense of pride and ownership in the little plants.
Well, the plants outgrew their little planters, so it was time to take them out to the garden. We planted them out near the greenhouse. The boys took each one and placed them carefully into the soil. Now our little indoor garden is officially outdoors. We'll see how it turns out! Rocky is really excited to eat his corn!
And another something fun this week is we peeked inside a nest that a bird built this year on our front door, and sure enough, it's full of little baby birds... The boys loved seeing their mouths pop up and open when they'd peek in. "They think I'm their daddy bringing them food!" they'd say...
